Talayna, is the President and Founder of Kind Earth Collective. For many years, she has worked quietly but persistently on behalf of the planet, championing Lethbridge's designation as a Bee City, serving as an official Pollinator Steward, promoting eco-friendly products, raising her children to love and care for the natural world, and encouraging everyone around her to do the same. Over time, she felt called to do more, and Kind Earth Collective is the result. Talayna is excited to embark on this next chapter and to bring more people into the work of caring for our planet.

Craig Zacharias is the Vice President of Kind Earth Collective. With more than 20 years in the construction industry he serves as Managing Partner of Sumus Balt Projects and maintains strong ties to the Lethbridge community. Over the course of his career, Craig has developed a genuine passion for environmental stewardship through construction and demolition waste diversion, the integration of eco-friendly building products, and advocacy for higher building energy performance standards. His community involvement, technical knowledge, and leadership experience make him a valuable asset to the team.

Christine King is a Director of Kind Earth Collective. With over 30 years of banking and financial experience, the majority in leadership roles, she brings both strategic insight and steady governance to the organization. Born and raised in agriculture, Christine developed a deep, instinctive respect for the land and water, and has carried that ethic with her throughout her career. Her involvement with Kind Earth Collective is a natural extension of those values, and she is excited to help expand that influence among people and organizations across the region. She is proud to support Talayna's vision and to be part of this new initiative.
