Every city has places that are easy to overlook, empty corners that are full of weeds or dirt or turf grass, back alleys, unused spaces. Areas that people walk past every day without a second thought.
At KindEarth Collective, we see opportunity.
The Greening Forgotten Spaces initiative is about transforming overlooked spaces into places that bring beauty, support pollinators, and create a stronger connection between people and the communities they live in.
Through the use of pollinator-friendly plants, thoughtfully designed planters, and community partnerships, we hope to add a little more life to the spaces that are often forgotten.
This initiative is built on the belief that meaningful change doesn't always require large-scale projects. Sometimes, a single planter, a few flowers, or a shared community effort can completely change how a space feels.
As the initiative grows, we'll continue working with local businesses, organizations, and community members to identify opportunities that help create a greener, more welcoming city, one forgotten space at a time.
Our first project will be coming August 8, so stay tuned!
