KindEarth Collective works to create pollinator-friendly gardens in green spaces throughout the city. By planting native flowers and plants, these spaces provide food and habitat for pollinators while also making our city greener and more vibrant.
We plan to work with the City and local businesses to help fund and support these gardens. Community involvement is also a key part of the project. Volunteers will have opportunities to help plant and learn about pollinators, and over time we hope to introduce an Adopt-a-Garden program, where community members can help care for the spaces.
We also look forward to collaborating with organizations like the Helen Schuler Nature Centre, which already provides valuable education about local ecosystems and pollinators.
Your idea could help create the next pollinator habitat in our city.
